Welcome to our Shipping and Policies page! Here, you'll find all the essential information regarding shipping, care tips for your jewelry, custom orders, returns, exchanges, and repair services. All orders are dispatched via Priority Mail from Hungary. Dispatch times may vary and can take up to 7-10 business days depending on order volume. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or deemed undeliverable for any reason, the customer will incur additional shipping charges. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen mail. Each necklace is meticulously handled and packaged to ensure safe transit to you. In the event of breakage upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the defect. We offer worldwide shipping.


Tips for maintaining your jewelry:

Handle your jewelry with care, particularly the minerals as they are delicate. Avoid contact with chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, bleach, etc., as they can accelerate tarnishing.

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Utilize individual bags for storage, preferably the one provided with your necklace.

If unavailable, use a soft, dry bag. Avoid storing jewelry in bathrooms or places exposed to high humidity.

Keep your jewelry dry, especially pieces with hemp string, as prolonged exposure to moisture can degrade their quality.

Remove jewelry before swimming or showering.

Please note that due to variations in display monitors, the colors on your screen may not precisely match the actual product.

Refunds are only offered in the event of construction issues (e.g., breakage) within 7 days of delivery. Due to the customized nature of our products, exchanges are not feasible. We do not accept returns, especially for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

REPAIR Once items leave our studio, we are not liable for any breakage, damage, or loss during transit.
