We want you to truly love your Intambo piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective
How to Return

- We will provide you with return shipping instructions
- Send the item back to us
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
Every Intambo piece is handcrafted as a unique creation. Because no two pieces are ever the same, exchanges are not possible. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us and we are happy to help you choose.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
