Hello dear ones,
I wanted to share some exciting updates about the upcoming collection and what's happening around the studio. With the arrival of summer, the list of tasks and activities has been endless. Taking care of the garden, harvesting crops, and gathering herbs have become daily routines.
My mycology studies are in full swing, requiring constant fieldwork for collecting and learning. With an exam coming up in October, there's still a lot of progress to be made. Relaxation is essential to avoid burnout, for both creative energy and personal well-being. Morning meditation has become a non-negotiable part of my day, along with occasional hikes in breathtaking locations. Meeting up with friends also plays an important role in maintaining balance.
As you can see, there's plenty to do!
Consequently, jewelry making has slowed down a bit, but it hasn't stopped. The new collection is in the works, and it's a continuation of your favorite, the Afterlife series.
Afterlife is set in a future where humanity, after the downfall of the great capitalist frenzy, finds itself and reemerges. Their lifestyle revolves around the principles of recycling, making use of what remains from the past eras. The collection features recycled, hand-painted materials in sandy grays and rusty browns, with a hint of a forest mix.
This will be the last collection of its kind, as I've run out of these specific materials and won't be able to source them again.
The collection is coming together slowly, so I've decided to release it in two parts. I'm hoping the first part will be ready by mid-July. Please follow my daily stories and sign up for the newsletter— you can find the subscription option at the bottom of my website!
Stay tuned and thank you for your continued support!
