Year of the Snake - workshop in Budapest

Year of the Snake - workshop in Budapest

I arrived at this workshop with my usual quiet expectation...prepared for anything: missed connections, unpredictable spring rain, the unexpected little twists that often find me on days like this. But this time… nothing happened.

The sky was kind. I didn’t get drenched in the fresh, clean feeling of newly washed hair, and I arrived at Planet Fossil almost right on time, greeted by calm energy of Detti, the kombucha queen.

Detti’s enchanting kombucha creations were waiting for us: lovingly prepared just for this day. We explored her ingredients like curious apothecaries, filling beautiful swing-top bottles with bold, floral, earthy flavors that reflected each of us in different ways. It felt like a ritual, like crafting a potion that somehow knew what we needed.

Then we turned toward the jewelry. Each person chose a snake pendant. Or some of them choose two and decided later which one they feel better during the process.

And from there, magic happened.

The hands moved, the space filled with focused energy, soft laughter, and silent connection. What emerged from this afternoon was far more than just creating nice jewelry, it was intention, personality, and presence, transformed into form.

Watching these unique pieces come to life was deeply moving. Honestly? It’s more fulfilling than creating alone. Seeing others pour themselves into their pieces, finding confidence in their choices and joy in the process… my heart was full to the brim.

Thank you to every soul who came and co-created this beautiful Sunday with us. These shared moments, these circles of creation are what keep me inspired, grounded, and open.

And the story continues!

🌿 On May 11, we’ll hold the Ginkgo Henna Day with Niki at Napalatti Community Space, Budapest – a full-day experience of natural body art and feminine connection.

🌸 Then, on May 12, we’ll create eco-printed silk scarves with Meziluu Barbi, and I’ll guide you in crafting a matching pair of earrings to complete your unique look.

And after in Mumush festival, Romania: with two workshops and a small shop too! It's so exciting, can't wait to see you there!

Both events offer something rare: a chance to slow down, tune in, and create something that carries a part of you in it.

I’d love to see you there, if the invitation speaks to you, consider this your sign.
