A few days ago, I had a beautiful brand photoshoot with the wonderful Lexi. It was one of those dreamy spring days - not quite as warm as we had hoped, but full of inspiration and connection.
We had originally planned for sunshine and bare feet, imagining soft moss and golden light. The weather had other ideas, though... this May has been unusually chilly around here, and I ended up shivering barefoot. But I couldn’t give that up. Being barefoot is a part of who I am. It symbolizes freedom for me, and I just feel more grounded and alive that way.

Joining us was the lovely Monart or Móni, who creates the most stunning handmade dresses. She brought her sweet little dog along, and together they brought even more warmth to the day. We met in my favorite local forest, where I feel most at home.
Surrounded by trees, we set up a little worktable in the woods and started capturing close-up shots of my process and the ropes I work with.

Lexi guided me through the photoshoot like a true professional. She helped me pose, showed me previews of the images, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable in front of the camera. I was so happy with what I saw on the screen, and I absolutely can’t wait to see the final edited images. She said it will be a few more weeks until I receive them, and I’m counting the days.
We ended our shoot with a delicious pizza and a lot of laughter. It really was such a beautiful day - the kind that makes me feel grateful for the people around me and for this creative journey I’m on.

Can’t wait to share the photos with you soon!
